Mac Conkey Agar Bioprepare 100ml

Mac Conkey Agar is a nutrient medium for the isolation of enteric bacteria. Gram (-) negative enteric bacteria which ferment lactose form red or pink colonies. Bile salts No 3 and crystal violet inhibit the growth of gram(+) positive cocci. The neutral red indicator turns colour when lactose is fermented. Available in a bottle of 100ml and stored at 8-25 °C.
